Elm Creek Marina and R.V. Campgrounds

The staff at Elm Creek Marina are incredible and there to serve you. For an out of the way in the country fishing camp, they exceeded expectations. If you're looking to catch a trophy largemouth bass at lake O.H. Ivie then this is the place to stay. The boat ramp is within a few hundred yards away and the cafe has very good breakfast and lunch options. The rooms are comfortable and fit the need for a place to refresh and sleep. Make this a MUST on your bucket list....you will be glad you did and if you are fortunate enough to catch a double digit monster bass it's icing on the cake! I throughly enjoyed my time at Elm Creek and bet you will too! Good luck on a monster bass.

My wife and I stayed here on August 30, 2012. The lake was way down because of the drought in Texas but still nice. The gentleman at the office was nice and very helpful. Our room was perfect for a couple. TV with satellite, mini-fridge, microwave, ceiling fan, a/c, a couple of tables and chairs, and a nice comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent! We could sit in the store and use wi-fi, or after-hours, sit at the picnic tables outside the store. We were allowed to checkout the other rooms. They have small to large rooms for comfort. There are also picnic tables and grills for customers use by the rooms. We saw a few deer while we were there. Loved the scenery and how nice and quiet Elm Creek Village was. Will definitely be going back!

In my years of fishing multiple lakes in many States and staying at resorts, this one ranks in my top 2. Super nice rooms at a very fair price, extremely nice people working here. Nice restaurant and a awesome tackle shop, actually the best I've seen at any resort. Though the fishing was tough, I landed several nice largemouth bass. The water was clearer than reported by TP&W. All in all, I drive the 170 trip to come back. I will return in the early spring! It's also quite!

Reviewing the boat ramp only. It's the best worst boat ramp ever! Easy in easy out. Ramp is super nice, multiple lanes and docks! BUT you gotta park your truck in a canyon ledge on watermelon sized gravel if it's remotely busy. Definitely worth it though

My husband and I absolutely love staying at Elm Creek Marina when fishing OH Ivey. The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to walk the dogs and let them see deer, rabbits, etc. The staff especially April is always amazing and makes us feel welcome! It's our escape place to go for fishing, peace, relaxation!
