Ellenton Gardens RV Community

They are kicking everyone they can out that have older mobile homes. Pinning notices on people's doors for minor things, places that look completely fine. They want to make this an rv/rental park only & will go to no end to do it! Older people that have been here for years have been kicked out of their home! We were behind, but was going to catch up with part of our retirement. They were going to take all our money & throw us out anyway!! FYI we stayed at this place for almost 2 years, paying on time every month (until we had a minor set back) for almost a year there were no bathrooms, no laundry rooms and still had to pay the same. & they have a clubhouse that was open all the time when we first came here. Now it's closed, no more game nights or anything, you have a curfew. It closes at 5

A small, well-maintained RV community close to excellent restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in getting me settled in

This was a great park for 16 years. Never was late with rent Had no violations, or complaints the manager said that dosent matter. Then I was told if I made my rv look like a house, with vynal siding, only she had to approve it. I SPENT several humdreds of dollars and when I took her picturs to her,she said, too bad her boss said to evict me. New Magement came and started getting out the seniors. I am a 77 year old veteran who only had an older Rv. They said I did*it meet thier new standards. I can no longer recommend this park.

Ellenton Gardens RV Resort is such a nice place to stay. The park is super clean, the sites are spacious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and clubhouse are great for relaxing, and there are always fun activities going on if you want to join in. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. The location is perfect too — close to shopping and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. Overall, it’s one of the nicest RV resorts I’ve been to, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot in the area.

Although we are new here in EG. We absolutely love the place. Great neighborhood. Jenn the manager is absolutely amazing. She definitely has made it a pleasure to be here. You can see her riding around in the day and at night making sure everything is right.She goes above and beyond for my family and I have to believe she does this for everyone. We appreciate everything.
