The front desk is rude and unfriendly. They had a sign that says "pick up receiver for immediate service". I did and the woman was annoyed and told me I need to wait at least 2 minutes before picking the phone up. I picked up her sign and advised her that maybe she should remove the sign. They live on the property so, I guess I should have know that forehand so I didn't annoy her at home. The price is way too high for the accommodation. The only thing you get complimentary is coffee which was not bad. Just don't want any after 11 am from there. The lights were flickering which did not move me one bit because....yea. I ended up needing a room due to an emergency, and I regret staying here. I have a small child and I was unable to use the bathtub to bathe him because it was peeling! The bed covers had burn holes in them, the room was supposed to be a king bed but ended up being two doubles, the room was either hot or cold there was no in between, and there was a hissing sound from the bathroom that kept me up all night. I was going to stay two nights, but I am checking out in the morning. I would have left after seeing the disrepair the room was in but my little one was excited to stay in a hotel. I feel bad that this garbage hotel was his first experience.

😊: room and staff pleasant....requested handicaooed accessability...they and booked me for that room. The room was already occupied and for the week...they failed to tell me when I was planning my trip. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL..if I knew this I wouldn't have chose your motel!!. 😢: IF THEY DIDN'T LIE ABOUT ROOM AVAILABLITY....UNLESS I GET THAT ROOM , I WILL NOT STAY AGAIN..

Worst hotel experience ive ever had. Heat didnt work window was broken toilet didnt flush right. Wasn't cleaned properly had something sticky on the counter and seat we noticed as soon as we got in and old dog treats and soda caps in the couch. Had to run the hot water to not freeze during a snow storm. Not ok. People at desk were incredibly rude and disrespectful when bringing up the issues told us not their problem and to get ahold of the app we used to book the rooms. I will never go here again.
