I booked this hotel well in advance which made for a considerable savings. However, the 2 queen / sleep sofa suite was well worth the price. It was plenty spacious enough for my group of five. The fully equipped kitchen made it possible to store, cook, and heat up food. The hotel offers a roof top lounging area in the Concourse Club that makes for a very social yet relaxing gathering night spot, without disturbing the guests. The front desk personnel are very professional (some more friendly than others), and accommodating. There are a number of options with the free breakfast with some items being made to order. This assures fresh food. For me, the location of this hotel was great because we spent a considerable amount of our time in NYC which was only 15mins away. So we were able to save

Attending a wedding in a nearby venue this was perfect location as it’s just next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bright and spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Complimentary breakfast is excellent with a cooked option every morning. Tip when booking room ask for one at rear as hotel is right on Route 17 so is very noisy. Staff were very helpful and moved us when we asked. Hotel also has a gorgeous rooftop bar and club with spectacular view of Manhattan.

Overall a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the city. The only downside was that the filtered water in my room was coming out a strange color, which was a bit concerning. Other than that, everything was very pleasant.

I stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday weekend. Upon arriving for check in , the front desk staff was not welcoming I said hello with no response. I was not told about anything as far as times for continental breakfast and the added security deposit, all this information I had to research on my own as I saw an additional charge of $250 on my card pending. This information should be stated prior as it isn’t reflected anywhere just for prior knowledge. The staff that was friendly was the chef at breakfast, he could teach other staff members the value of customer service. I liked the breakfast options, the room was convenient for the stay just one table had staining. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast served fresh. Gym is above par and rooms are clean and well made. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great for flight crews.
