Element Miami Doral

The Hotel is very great ambience,facilities and budgetwise. The best part of our stay was free onsite parking and complimentary breakfast. Also we reached hotel well before our checkin time but the front desk staff was kind enough to take care of our luggage so that we could go out and explore. They even changed our room without any hesitation when we requested a pool facing view room. Maintainence team was also quick in resolving the toilet clogging issue.Overall it was my our best stay at any hotel in USA so far. Thanks

This was probably my last stay at this hotel.|The floors are very noisy. Employees may enter the room, sometimes without knocking. Elevator is awful and slow, and with only one in service, it takes a long time to get one. The sofa in the room felt like they bought it at junk sale, very uncomfortable. Element is a nice brand, sadly this location does not make the brand look good.

The hotel staff’s service was quite good, but the property overall feels old and seems in need of renovation. We stayed at three Element hotels in a row, and this one was by far the oldest and dirtiest. When we pulled out the rolling chair to use it, we noticed mold all over the wall, which made us feel uncomfortable. Convenient parking was probably the biggest advantage.

Overall it was a very nice hotel and everything is clean, and it was quiet. It's not brand new, and could use some upgrading, but they address any issue you have. Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, the king bed was comfortable, the suite was a good size for a month stay, with a fairly well equipped kitchen and living room area, and nice size bathroom. Would say it was great for business travel, but would be too small for a family staying longer than a weekend. The room darkening blinds were perfect for accommodating shift work. The breakfast was ok, fresh fruit was nice, could use some more variety, but was much better than prepackaged food or donuts. They have a nice gym with a lot of equipment. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful, and all very professional.

Nice hospitality and great location, 30 minutes from miami beach. The breakfast is simple but complete. Only problem we had was we were bitten every night by bugs on the bedroom. I would recommend this place for families!
