Element Miami Brickell

The location is perfect, close to everything in Brickell, and you don’t need a car. The breakfast was good and had gluten-free options. The room was very comfortable and had a kitchenette. The staff was very friendly. Having breakfast in the patio is a nice plus.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. I booked a stay under a company discount and today my reservation was cancelled without notice. I received two confirmation emails letting me know i was all sent for my stay on November 29th and as of today i do not have a room at the hotel with the rest of my family. I was told if i was willing to pay for the room right then i would be fine. I was put on hold and after finding out it was at a discount rate all of a sudden i couldn’t pay. My room was cancelled because they were unable to charge my card so i was told. I was not notified by email that this was necessary and i have never been charged 5 days prior to checkin in all the years i have been booking with Marriott corporations. Now the hotel is sold out and i can’t be accommodated in any way.

I stayed at the Element Brickell for a business trip for a total of 30 days so I was able to get the full experience! The comfort, cleanliness, accessibility to local dining, shopping, and entertainment did not disappoint! The pool, on-site gym, complimentary breakfast, pool-bar and food were spot on! I would like to commend the staff on providing a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay! Shout-out to Cierra (front desk manager) and Rickey for your professionalism, attentiveness and ensuring I had a pleasant stay for the entire month! I will refer to my colleagues and friends that may have future plans for business and/or or personal travels! It's definitely on my list to stay again! Thank you!

This hotel and staff were amazing! Rooms are upscale, have filtered water from the sink, breakfast was good (live cook), and the valet staff are quick/friendly. From the moment we walked in until we left I'll admit we were not the easiest customers because of all of our questions (we had some third party booking issues), but the staff handled everything with a smile on their face and genuinely wanted to help us. Rickey (amazing taco restaurant recommendation), Sierra, Melissa, and a trainee—I assume—who didn't have a name tag were the best staff you could possibly ask for. I don't know when I'll be back in Miami, but I would love to stay here again!

Nice clean hotel in Brickell. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. The breakfast and bars are very nice. The only downside is that you have to valet your car and only one elevator was working. So it took about 10-15 minutes to get to the lobby after the valet took your car.
