Element Lexington

Positive: Huge, clean, comfortable room. Amazing fluffy pillows. Large kitchen area and bathroom. Wish we'd stayed more than one night! Negative: You can get back into the building after exiting the rear stairs. The card reader on the side door wasn't working either, had to walk all the way around the building in freezing weather.

If you need to stay in the Lexington area, stay somewhere else. ||This hotel might have been nice when it was new, but not anymore. It is tired and worn and needs refreshing. There wasn’t a surface in our room that wasn’t chipped or peeling. There was little to no hot water in the bathroom sink, but you could scald yourself in the shower…which leaked. The bed was uncomfortable, you could not turn off the message light on the phone (or delete the messages from last year). ||The safe didn’t work, and the hair dryer only blew cold air. ||Our room was never serviced, in spite of the fact that housekeeping staff saw us leave our room. ||We were in the area with a group for a wedding and our fellow travelers had similar problems. ||We paid almost $600 for the privilege of staying in this dump f

We have had multiple stays in the last couple months at this hotel and plan to stay in the future. All staff has been amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room has been clean, comfortable and well stocked with items. The morning breakfast is great and pool and exercise areas are really nice. The Element has surpassed expectations. Even the area it is in is very peaceful and quiet. The only thing I wished I would have realized earlier on in our stays is that the Battle Road Trail in Lexington is practically in the backyard of the hotel. You don't even need to get in your car to access and it is a wonderful historical place to get a walk in the area. The hotel possibly should advertise that more? I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Element Lexington, and I can confidently say it was one of the most enjoyable and impressive hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, everything about the stay exceeded expectations. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the outstanding service provided by Isaac at the front desk, who went above and beyond in a way that is increasingly rare in the hospitality industry. First, the hotel itself is exceptional. The property is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind The rooms are where this hotel really shines. Unlike many standard hotel rooms, Element provides spacious suites that feel more like a small apartment than a typical overnight accommodation. M

Nice bed ok pillows better than average breakfast kids liked the pool, but our room was really dark, there was only 1 bed side lamp, no desk lamp, two frosted cover low watt (?) overhead lights. The under cabinet lights and my itty bitty book light were the brightest lights in the room. The TV stopped working at noon the day before we left and when I told the front desk I was given "I'll let maintenance know and someone will come check". Ya, no, no one came. As I checked out I told the front desk again the TV stopped working and they responded with another "I'll let maintenance know". The furniture arrangement turned the "L" shaped 2 piece corner couch into a love seat and chaise suited for a nimble child, not 2 adults. From this experience I hope the next person in this room reads in bed
