We had such a wonderful experience at Eleanor Oaks RV Park! The bathrooms are updated, clean, and honestly so cute — you can tell they really take pride in maintaining the property. The clubhouse was one of our favorite spots; it’s a fun place to hang out with a pool table, games, and even a community puzzle that guests can help work on, which was such a charming touch. The heated pool was awesome and the kids had an absolute blast enjoying it. And we can’t forget Peanut the cat — super friendly and definitely a highlight of our stay! The whole community is welcoming and kind, and Cindy went above and beyond by getting us in the very same day we called. That level of hospitality really stood out. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a clean, fun,

First of all, the people named in the previous review are no longer there. They can't do anything about the bugs, they've tried. All the staff there from Stacy, Michelle, & Sherrie in the office, to Dan on yard work & Chris on the pool (yes he's still there and a pleasure to talk to) are very friendly and dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. Also Lindsay does a fine job as social convener. They're recovering from a hurricane last August so repairs are on going so cut them a little slack. We stayed for 6 wks and will be coming back next year. There's a terrific restaurant ( Blackwater) within walking distance and great canoeing and biking. By the way the bathrooms and showers are great and NEVER locked.

The positives in this park were definitely Cindy and Lisa. The negatives: absolutely no lighting at night. Very day, very dark. While turning into our very narrow road to our campsite, we ended up in a ditch, leaning up against a huge tree. Over 13K worth of damage to our 40 ft.class A. The site we were on was sandy/silt. The campers were so close, several people who were placed beside us didn't have enough room to open their slides. The pool was fair. It definitely needs updating. There are very few activities. The gal in charge of the activities lives there full time. She is not a park employee. She does her best with card games and bingo at a local AMVETS. Cindy, a park worker, makes frequent rounds through the park. She is very personable. However, the manager, Staci, doesn't seem to

Temporary resident here for the past month. This is a great little park in an historic small town on Florida's nature coast. It offers great access to outdoor activities like boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking, birding and such. This area suffered severe hurricane damage about a year ago but the park has largely recovered ... 50A electric, septic, good wi-fi, comfortable clubhouse, dog park and a small but heated pool. The staff is friendly; Staci and Cindy do a great job with the overall operation, Paul and Gary take care of maintenance and repair and Lisa schedules regular social activities. Yep, there are no-seeums; it's coastal Florida. Deal with it ... bug spray, lotion, or a good cigar works pretty well. If you can't tolerate them, you should probably choose a more controlled envi

I am a resident I love the people Staci and Cindy are like my family very friendly the try there hardest to make everyone happy I like that I've lived at 8 other trailer parks and this is my #1 this is home. Staci and Cindy try to keep the park as clean as the can alongside the partnerships with employees Paul and sherry Paul being the parks maintenance worker and sherri being the cleaner. Eleanor oaks is the best
