Just had the most amazing experience El Mistico Ranch! We stayed in the Zia geodome, and it far exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, cozy, quiet, private, and the views were spectacular! We arrived after dark and followed a magical path lit by fairy lights to our dome. Daylight revealed more magic in motivational signs, whimsy in every tree, and enchantment in every nook and cranny. Can't wait to go back to this easily accessible hidden gem!

The Best Girls’ Trip Ever! We stayed at El Mistico Ranch for a girls’ trip to celebrate one of my best friends’ birthdays (November 8, 2025), and it was honestly the best experience ever! It was just the three of us, and from the very beginning, everything was smooth and well-communicated. We paid for early check-in, which was absolutely worth it, it gave us extra time to settle in and fully enjoy the beautiful space. The team had amazing communication and made everything easy. We received all the check-in details and access codes by text ahead of time, which made arrival super convenient. The property itself is absolutely stunning! First timers. Stayed for New Years Eve and New Years Day. Being 30 min from town, and knowing this place had a grill, wife and I planned ahead. We purchased two days worth of food. Our intention was Not to travel into town (Ruidoso) to eat but to cook all our food at our stay. When we got to the Zia Dome. We realized the propane tank was empty and the above cooking light was Not working. It was pitch black outside and cold. We reached out to the emergency number provided and we did not hear anything back for Two Hours. During this time we contemplated driving into Ruidoso to purchase a propane tank or buy ready to eat food for dinner and breakfast, hence waste all the perishable food we bought before we arrived... we walked around in the dark looking for staff, without any luck. Thankfull
