El Dorado Inn

I’m currently in room 105. I found bedbugs!! They carpet in the room. Anyone who knows about bedbugs. Knows that bedbugs are practically impossible to get rid of. If you don’t want your personal items to be infested with bedbugs. Do not stay here. Because if one room has bedbugs. They all have bedbugs. They lied to me and said that they don’t have bedbugs. And they do. Which means that they just allow anyone to stay here. The rooms are not the cleanest. Bedbugs here. Stay away!!

Honestly it was not very pleasant the service is no good I asked for an extra towel and they wouldnt give me one.||Theres random people coming in and out looking thru the cars. Just all bad.||They need to upgrade there service and add more personel to work there. After a certain time no one answers ur calls.

This inn has very nice rooms and nice bathrooms. I spent one night there and check out time was 11am. It cost me $120 plus a $5 deposit. No visitors or pets allowed and parking is first come first serve. No smoke rooms do still smell a bit like smoke so that a bit of a con. Other than that it is a nice place.

The people who runs this place are something else. Made a reservation through an travel site. The room was paid for through the site from mu debit card. When I arrived it was kind of difficult to grasp that when they saw me they told me that I had to put down $100.00 cash deposit in which none of this was listed on the booking site. I felt it was a slap in the face because the room was nothing special. As I tried to question the deposit the lady behind the glass was getting mad as if I really cared. I paid for a smoking room but was told I must smoke outside. I told her that I wouldn't be smoking outside of the room because I clearly paid for a smoking room. That was something else that made her mad. Anyways if you need a room DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Once I arrived to the motel, Tina would not let me check in because the reservation was originally under my wife’s name. Understandable, but was cleared by airbnb after a phone call for verification. Although it was cleared, she still had a hostile demeanor towards me later that night. She told me a few hours later that I could not park on the premises and she had already called a towing company, even though the reservation and Tina herself said I could have one car. There was no warning or chance to compromise. I moved my car off the premises to avoid more difficulties. The airbnb itself was not worth the absolute rude customer service and host. A huge disappoint for my weekend in LA.
