El Coronado Resort

The service and location of this hotel are superb. Located in a quieter section of Wildwood Kruse. We enjoyed a two nights stay in a beachfront room. During the week in September, the rooms were very affordable. Breakfast at the hotel was tasty in the newly renovated dining area. This location offered great access to exploring Wildwood and Cape May. It’s also very easy just to walk down to the beach and enjoy the location if you don’t feel like going anywhere. Everything was clean and the amenities are very comfortable. We look forward to returning!

As yearly WWC vacationers, we have yet to find our "place". I'll tell you, El Coronado may just be it!!! We were not only impressed with the property but the staff as well. The room was very clean when we arrived, as well as the hotel. We had an issue with our room phone working and they immediately sent someone up to fix it. We just felt that the staff there really cared and it shows. The pool area was great, the restaurant was great and overall we had a wonderful experience. If there is anything I would say could be improved would be our mattress. One of the beds the mattress was very comfortable, the other bed, was not. Overall we felt this hotel was a great value for the location, which is right on the beach, the amenities and services. We'll definitely be back.

after an exhaustive search last summer I finally booked a stay at the el coronado for myself and my teenage son ... I had to cancel reservations at two other locations due to issues with accessibility...I utilize both a rollating walker and a mobility scooter so prior to booking at the el coronado I "studied" the website floor plan and made MULTIPLE calls to the front desk to be assured that the room layout would meet my needs...thankfully there were no real issues with the room but imagine my surprise when I made my way outside to the beautiful pool area I had seen in the photos only to be met by sets of stairs on all sides! ... in the year 2025 why would a hotel/condominium in a vacation town not be ADA-compliant?? ... with all the amenities offered including cabanas and hot tubs the cos

There were electrical outlets in both bedrooms and the living room/kitchen area that did not work. The room could have been a little cleaner but it was not too bad. The beds were comfortable and the couch was comfortable to sit on to watch tv. We had a slight issue with the tv but the maintenance man happened to be servicing the room next door so we asked him to take a look. Even though we didn’t call for maintenance and it took him about 15 minutes to figure it out he was very patient and was able to help us and was an extremely nice guy! The food for breakfast is very good and the pool area is great! We will be back!

Positive: The location is wonderful. Equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and a small table. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the pool area. The lobby was welcoming and the restaurant staff were very nice. Plenty of parking available. Negative: Bring your own coffee for the room. It is not supplied by the hotel.
