Wonderful owners, reasonable pricing. Update! June 4th 2025 New Owners... Very responsive.. Very Corporate.. Reasonable pricing still, but worried for future increases that often come hard with a new owner. We shall see. So far they have addressed many, but not all.. of the needed work to bring the place to code adjacent. Time stands still at the Egyptian Sands Motel.🥰

Just stopped in the parking lot...attendant came out to see if we were ok...place looked nice
It was an overall good experience. Service was good and the food was tasty. Thanks to parents comps I didnt have yo pay for it either
