Beautiful secluded little campground. A lot of the spots are a little close together but there are a couple of secluded spots hidden away from others (we were in spot 11). There is no service and it's right next to a creek and beautiful forest. It's open until September 30th 2021 and closes for the season

A gem of an undiscovered place to camp or RV for up to 14 days. Camp hosts on site so safe to go to Port Orford or the famous Langlois Post Office. When the wind is howling at the coast as it does during the summer come 4 miles off 101 and experience this peace quiet of birds singing all day long. As an extra reason....no bugs or mosquitos. The gentle breeze keeps the temperture cool. Drinking Water and several new and cleaned pit toilets on site. The only part that is missing is you. Plan a stay. At $8 per night or $4 with a Senior or Forest service pass this can fit everyone's budget. Another good point is the cell signal is weak so you have a reason to get to know each other and the family in nature or around the campfire.

A wonderful campground with breathtaking open skies to watch the stars, a fun swimming hole not far from the campsites and terrific hosts, Marc and Joni, who quite literally want to provide you the most fun and relaxing camping experience. They hand out ice pops and color activities for the kids. The sites themselves are in an open feild with a table and fire pit- not private but fairly large. No power or showers but private non flushing toilets that are kept surprisingly clean. The environment is friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this campground and the price is unmatched. Kudos to the camp hosts for making our visit so memorable.

Mark is the host, or was when we were there. While we were camping there, it felt like we were a guest on a Chevy Chase Family Reunion movie -- everyone seemed to know everyone and I'm not confident the FCFS sites were even paying. On one of the nights we were there the host had about 8 adult males at their campsite. There was a lot of animal noises which were upsetting minor children and dogs. The noise got louder and the host site was egging the situation on. Come to find out, the host site was responsible as one of the adult males had a wild game call maker with amplifier. They thought it was hilarious; I'm not as confident -- using a device to attract wildlife to a campground doesn't seem like the brightest idea. It's also worth noting some of the nights were were there we were awoke
