Eddyville Inn, RV Park & Cabins

I live at the RV park and stay at the inn whenever needed due to frozen lines. The staff is extraordinary. The inn it’s is always clean and welcoming. Clearly some wear and tear but for the price and how clean and comfortable it is. You can’t beat it.

The rooms are clean , affordable, paying is easy and convenient , the key code for your door is great . Never have to go to the front desk because you lost your card or your card quit working just use a PIN code at the door . Highly recommend for the price and cleanliness. 5/5

At the south end of the town there is a small Rv park that my husband and I have stayed at twice now for work purposes. I believe the owner of the hotel also runs the Rv park. I’ve met a ton of great neighbors here and I love the small town feel because it reminds me of home! I really enjoy being next to the river and being able to walk the dogs down there! I feel the Rv park could definitely have some upgrades such as a new “driveway” is what I would call it! I understand it’s a small plot of land and there isn’t much room for much else other than the gravel spots, but I really wish there were fire pits! I understand completely that it can be a liability, but again it would be nice! It’s definitely more of a home on wheels and head off to work all day type of place but the owner seems lik

Beds aren’t the best, but the heat/ac works, showers are wet, and you’re close to Cargill. Owners are pretty quick to respond. My one and only complaint, don’t set the washing machine to tap cold because no water came out for me.

I reserved a week at the hotel yesterday. It's very, very quiet and was surprised by the low rate of $240 per week after tax. The room is spacious and includes a kitchenette as well. The shower is one of the best I've ever taken. The water feels like you're standing under a hot waterfall due to the fantastic pressure. When I arrived and paid for my room, I receive a carwash token and a coupon for a free beer at the bar next door. That part was very cool. The bed is so so as far as comfort goes, but it's clean.
