Economy Suites

Returning home we decided to get a room so we could get cleaned up and get a few hours sleep. The first thing we did up on entering what appeared to be a small one bedroom apartment was to try to run a bath. But the water to the tub did not work. Thinking that maybe there was a trick to getting it to work. I went and told the office clerk that the water did not work in the tub and asked him for a blanket. He later brought a blanket and towels. The towels were worthless as the water did not work. We had already paid the 95 dollars for the night. We were not moved to a room where we could clean up and not refunded part of our payment for having to stay in a room with a broken tub. So if you don't care about getting clean and you don't mind a horrible customer service experience and a rock

The motel had no reviews and I took a chance on this property. I will say once we entered our room we were surprised at the size, and the overall condition was very good. The price is great for a 2 bedroom with living room and kitchen. There need to be more motels / hotels like this one around the U.S. Brian was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. I will stay at this motel again if I am ever in the Muldraugh, Ky area.||||- One thing that was noted about the room was that the Cable for the bedroom was strung behind the couch and across the floor into the bedroom. (Need to tack it up around the door frame so that it is less noticeable

Love this motel. The owners are friendly and efficient. Even though it is close to Dixie Hwy, the outside noise is not that bad. We do hear the neighbors walk around above us, but that is about it. My family stays every weekend. Our room is always clean and ready when we checkin. We stay in the 2 bedroom suite, and the convenience of having a kitchen and living room is great. I definitely recommend staying.

Was very surprised at the room. Very satisfied with the cleanliness, size of the rooms. The attendant was very nice, friendly even delivered extra towels. The beds we're fairly comfortable, but not like my comfy bed at home. But still a great value. Next time I m near Ft. Knox I know where I am staying again.

I stayed at this hotel for about a month and a half. I was never late on my rent always paid on time on Thursday night was the last straw he banged on my door when I was sleeping to ask me about rent for the second time he’s unprofessional he’s very very inconsiderate and rude, the hotel is a decent hotel. It did have bugs when I was there He kicked me out on Thursday night when he banged on my door when I was sleeping… I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my career I’m a traveling journeyman, and I’ve never had any problems until now. I highly recommend staying away from this hotel. He is very rude and inconsiderate.
