Economy Motel

This place is disgusting the people managing are on drugs terribly I personally witnessed the guy who runs the place smoking meth and then fighting with residents at all hours of the night. My room had bed bugs and so much mold it was beyond doagusting. me and my wife moved as soon as we could yes it's cheap but extremely extremely disgusting and the people managing are just as horrible as the rooms. Do not come to this place enter at your own risk as they delete negative comments on here. I called board of health as well since I have family who cannot afford to move maybe it will be a incentive to clean the place up and treat people with respect who stay. I would give a negative ten if possible.

It's a small very old motel but they keep it up. They don't have bugs like most of the older hotels do. Their prices are very cheap considering what the dumpy, drug and bug infested motels in Indy charge. Its quiet and the staff is nice and the other residents are quiet and very friendly. They don't tolerate drama and drugs. If u have no where else to go and on a cheap budget I would suggest u try them out. It beats living in the streets. They also allow unto have a pet which is nice considering most places won't let u have one and allot of people have animals to help them emotionally or for service animals. This is a weekly or monthly motel. As of 12-2025, they are updating the roof and other things. If you need somewhere cheap to live, this is the place.

The place is extremely run down and is one of the dirtiest places I have ever seen. Their is insulation sticking out and it is extremely dirty. Needs shut down

Roof was ripped off from high winds no plans for repair building is old and families live there no phone in rooms
