Economy Inn

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is central to just about everything. There is no breakfast but we had a fridge and microwave in the room. The room is small and old but well kept. Whomever cleaned it did a nice job each time and worked around all of our stuff very nicely (including not recking the card game my kids had left set up). We would gladly stay here the next time we are in town.

they are remodeling the place so it was pretty new. the bed was brand new and everything was clean. the bath tub was slick if you was not careful. and it was missing a chair to seat in but it was worth the stay. hopefully they will get an ice maker cause right now you have to go to the office.

We were in town visiting family for a few days. We were able to get a room without having a reservation. Owner was friendly and accommodating. When I called to ask for extra towels, owner brought them to our room right away himself. It was quiet at night, with no street noise to bother us. We were even offered a senior discount at check in, which I found to be very nice and considerate. Not all places offer a discount for us seniors without being asked. Mattress was new, with new bedding. We had cable TV and free wifi also.

Hardest crunchy beds of any hotel I've ever stopped at. Sheets like cardboard. First room had only a fitted sheet on the bed that was still dirty and no heat. Traces of BED BUGS in the corners of the mattress. Floor needed swept/mopped badly. Single ply toilet paper!!!! Switched rooms. Room smells awful heavy smoke smell. Staff is rude- held out my hand for my change and she put it on the counter next to my hand instead. Housekeeping didn’t knock before opening my door at 9:45am. If we paid for 2 nights why walk in my room after 1 night? Weird awkward homemade shower. Definitely not for any one over 150lbs taller than 4ft. Perfect shower for a little person. Never again will I pay a low end motel for 2 nights in one payment. Next motel is pay day by day!

Was in town for a while for work and needed a cheap no frills place to lay my head. So glad we found the Economy Inn. If you're looking for major amenities or updated decor , skip this place. But if you are looking for a clean, comfy place to crash I highly recommend this place. The guy who runs this place, can't remember his name, is great. He goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Like I said..... its not fancy... its homey and in a great location! Clean, friendly staff, and price point was excellent!
