Economy Inn & Suites

For first time in my life .. this is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Arrived at the hotel and just went straight to bed… two hours later woken up with bedbugs bites all over me.. decided to take a shower before leaving, the bathtub had about two inches of water in it. It’s not draining properly. Went to the front desk and she said we can offer you the deluxe room for almost $200 a night. she tells me that that they have a plumbing issue. The place should be closed down not operating. I agree with another poster.. can you select a negative rating here?

This is THE WORST place I have ever stepped foot in. I did||not have high expectations, but just needed a clean room||and safe place to sleep. I did not expect a crime scene. No||protectors on the mattresses, they were COVERED in filth,||mold, stains, and blood. I only WISH I was exaggerating.||NOTHING had been wiped down or washed. Even the||towels were stained. The toilet was missing half the lid, the||ceiling was about to cave in from what looked like water||pooling in the drywall. The MOLD everywhere... plus the||building smelled so foul of marijuana and cigarettes. The air||conditioner was so filthy and packed with grime I doubt it||even worked.

I did not stay at the economy inn in Randall, I spent over an hour on the phone canceling the stay, The hotel said they couldn't do Anything about it and to call you guys. Iwenttotrip.com and talked with two different agents they said they were working on it and apparently I still got charged. I've never seen Such incompetence. I did it all before the 6:00 PM deadline to cancel so I don't know what the problem is I'm going to dispute the charge on my card have a nice day get your **** together.

No,No,No. Definitely not! Words can't express my thoughts, just know I gave money away and didn't stay. Gotta bring that location up to codes. Q&A INSPECTION HASN'T BEEN DONE IN YEARS, I CAN TELL . I CAN HRLP IF YOU WANT IT. REACH OUT TO ME, IT'S VERY NECESSARY!!! The pictures tell the story.....

Honestly, you get what you pay for the rooms are cheap so you should expect some malfunctions and the room was clean, but my bed did have cigarette burns holes in the covers and sheets. I did see a roach or two but only in the bathroom. I never experienced any bedbugs or anything like that But overall, my experience was really actually pleasant. I was in the process of moving and finding a new home and I needed to work because I work remote so this was a perfect duck off spot No one bothers you housekeeping is amazing very sweet cleans everyday The front desk is amazing. Service is a 10/10 but the rooms could be better so I’ll give them a 5.5/10 my room wasn’t that bad considering other reviews And they do allow smoking on the first floor so you should expect to smell cigarette smoke duh 🙄
