Very respectful and respectable staff. Nice simple yet sufficient accomodations. Don't get me wrong this is may not be a place for the pickiest of people, but neither is the Taj mahal sufficient for some of those as well. Getting still in like 90% of establishments in the limestone county area it is a working progress.

Very hostile office manager/owner, and no ice machine. Also very thin towels. Nice concept however the residents were not verified and poorly chosen for their room placement.

To hold a grudge for over 22 years and to take it out on a customer, is unprofessional and childish. While visiting a friend of mine that was renting a room, I was yelled at and was told I had to leave the premises immediately. The manager kept yelling even after I was gone. Larry is disrespectful and rude and should never be in management. Holding a grudge that long for someone surely isn't good for you.

These guys are doing a great job! No in and out traffic, no loud music rooms are getting makeovers! Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when we are in town...

Was just visiting someone that had a room there and it was not a comfortable place. Alot of movement in and out. However the tenants there all seemed to know eachother and were friendly. Most rent weekly.
