This is a great place for a great price! Stayed on a Wednesday night. My only criticism is the sound for the TV in our room was crummy but the picture was just fine. Safe location one block from the courthouse. Extremely nice couple running the place. Recently resurfaced and smooth parking. Great new covered BBQ area. Recently painted inside and out. Very comfortable bed and neither of my arthritic hips nor back gave me any trouble. Clean well lit and tiled bathroom with soaps and shampoo. Way more electric plugs than you'll need and a couple USB ports as well. It is an extremely old building but everything and everywhere was very clean. This was about 10 mikes out of our way but I'll definitely stay here in the future as we drive thru the area a couple times each year. Had the
Very enjoyable stay, rooms comfortable well lighted, clean, very well kept, great service and friendly people. Told family and friends, will stay there again. Refrigerator had plenty room for our food and drinks. Close location to shopping and places to eat.

I travel around 200 days a year and stay in top named Hotels/Motels but I must tell you that I have found a treasure of a hotel in a small town in Arkansas (Warren). I've never had a cleaner and comfortable room in all of my travels. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. Best bed, besides my own, that I have ever slept on. I was very apprehensive about staying in a small town hotel but those thoughts disappeared as soon as I walked into my room. I hope I work in this town again for another opportunity to stay here.
The owners are wonderful polite people the room was very nice it was at the quality of your higher end hotels. I like to have minimal housekeeping while I stay and they were very accommodating in that regard. The only slight downside is that the parking was kind of tight I have a very large work truck probably 25 ft long and parking was a little tight for that
