Economy Inn Ashburn GA I-75

We booked this room in advance and chose the pay at the property option. When we arrived we were told the WiFi was down and we must pay cash to stay. Oh and his ATM was down and he had to turn away 11 people before me for the same reason. I walked to the car and came back in with cash. I requested a room on the main floor as I was traveling with my elderly father who cannot walk up stairs. I was told there were no rooms on the ground floor. I ask if there was at least an elevator, again no. I stated how my experience so far was not good and my review would reflect the same. I was then told I was being refused service because I was being difficult, basically please leave since you’re leaving a bad rating. Reading the other ratings it seems this happens often at this motel. I suggest skippi

Basic motel room for an overnight off the highway. Glad the non-smoking room didn't smell.

SKIP THIS HOTEL. Please do not waste your time. My wife and I were on our way to Michigan and in the midst of us looking for somewhere to rest before hitting the road again and once we were in the room we were hit with no fresh air conditioning due to it being off "to save energy" and when we were setting out things up to get ready to sleep we started to see various bug multiple places in the room. When speaking to the front desk helper "Sunny" he refused to take any responsibility and when asking if he was the manager he refused to answer the question and did not want to accommodate us. Please just ignore this hotel and we will be contacting the Georgia health department. If you love yourself and your family DO NOT STAY HERE.

Hurricane knocked our power out and 2 minutes after we paid it was restored. They refused to refund us and we never got near the room. The fact we had to stay in this dump makes it apparent that we are not wealthy. Thanks for the great customer service.
