Econo Lodge & Suites Clarksville near Governors Square Mall

The fridge didn’t work. Bed sunk down really far could feel the springs. Very worn out. The sheets had stains on them. Hair dryer did not work. Pool was advertised at heated but was very cold. Employees were nice but upcharged for having 3 people in a two bed room. I thought it’s max was 4. Shower was nice and clean. The hanging shampoo dispenser was confident. Location was good.

This was one off the dirtiest hotels we stayed in this year. Bug carcuses on the lamp. Bathroom door broken. Signs of bugs in the beds. Sink didn't drain. We left and went elsewhere. Didn't feel it was sanitary enough for kids to stay at

I DONT CARE HOW DOWN AND OUT YOU GET DO NOT BOOK WITH ECONOLODGE ON WILMA RUDOLPH THEY HAVE ROACHES, THEY HAVE BLACK MOLD, YOU CANT EVEN WASH YOUR BODY THE TUB WAS STAINED! When presenting this to the office all he wanted to do was book a for a FREE STAY! Now why would I do that and leave with not only my kids but a family of roaches in my bags!! CRAZY! THE POOL WAS NASTY AND NOT CLEANED AND THEY ADVERTISED HEATED POOL AND THAT ISHH WAS COLD AND STAINED THEY WONT GIVE A REFUND AND THE FROMT DESK NIGHT LADY IS VERRRRRRYYYYYY DISRESPECTFUL

The room the manager gave us, was not clean, when you first open the door you can clearly see the floor hasn’t been swept or mopped, a lot of dirt, hair on the sheets, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, mirrors not washed. Turned the light switch on and nothing, no lights. I asked if they had cleaning products that they could leave for me to clean it or if they could clean it. They took me to another room which was cleaner, but clearly wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Manager told me to get my items and leave, denying me service. I am still waiting refund for my room. I was in town for a funeral, and had no place to go, I couldn’t even change my outfit for the funeral at the hotel. Manager was very rude and who ever he had with him, just stared at me with an angry look. Like he was trying to intimidat

They allowed a family member to cancel my prepaid reservation and after talking with the manger I was able to get it back. Front desk gave a family member my room and room key to get in while I was sleeping, no one had called or asked if they we're allowed my room information. Police here constantly as well never booking this place again. Room was dirty and holes in my bed.
