I stayed for a while and was charged 90 a night. Is this the height of luxury? For 90, no. If you book online for 70? Id say its worth it. I had zero issues with pest or mold in my room. The reviews saying there's cuts, marks, or holes in the bedding and curtains are true, but they're so small I didn't really care. As clean as 70 a night can get you. Owners were helpful. Im not sure some of the issues other reviewers had, but my time here was significantly better than the time ive had at other roach infected motels. Only downside is it being directly on a busy road; you will never stop hearing cars at night...
Floors were dirty. I did not bring it up during the night, due to so few people being there and was leery about retailiation on our vehicles, but people were outside on the upper level and inside the room, with the door open from 7:30 to around 10:30 and were very loud. I never asked for any compensation for this, but when I spoke to the front desk person, I was told that they couldn’t have been loud, they work (?). I don’t know what working has to do with it, maybe they had long term stays there, but it was extremely noisy, to the point you could hear EVERYTHING. Again, I didn’t ask for any compensation because I did not report it was it was happening.
This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced at a motel. There was only a smoking room available for our stay so that was the option we went with. I’ve stayed in smoking rooms in the past and you can tell but not like this room. This room put you in an immediate choke hold of smoke as if Patty and Selma lived in the room. I had to spray a car deodorizer over the whole room and it was still so potent. The floor had our shoes sticking to the floor. There was paint chipped off the walls and generally not very clean. The door looked like there was a dog in the room that clawed at it. Our heat didn’t work all night and we slept in a 16 deg room all night with no one at the front desk. Our two night stay very quickly turned into one night and it would have been zero nights if there was another
Positive: Smoking rooms available Negative: Floors were filthy.Bedding was stained , had holes.I get it, people smoke in there. However, if your going to have smoking rooms, and charge more for those rooms,(and they do) atleast put decent bedding on.The towels were stained. Very thin walls loud
I would have scored higher if it wasn't for the unruly kids who were up all day and night having what clearly sounded like the Olympics going on above us. I thought they were going to come through the roof. The jets on the hot tub drowned out the running around noise, so that was a good thing. Otherwise great room.
