Customer Reviews
Extreme close to the highway - great for anyone just looking for a place to sleep while on the road. Pet friendly : there’s a pet fee but no weight limit. The backyard is great for some pup fun. The rooms were uh. Let’s just say I’m glad my mother wasn’t with me haha The comforter had a cigarette burn. Furniture was old and looked like it had been abused a bit. The heat didn’t work and left a gross burning smell in our room. Overall had a great nights sleep. I was a bit chilly but I had my dogs. Front desk service wasnt bad :) I would stop again if I’m on the road again!
For some reason, both Apl & Goog says this hotel has a 3.5+ review. But on this actual site it's below 3 and dropping. This is one of the worst hotels I have never stayed in. On arrival, nobody was at the desk. The clerk exited a pickup truck outside and came in, followed closely by a bedraggled ungroomed man. There was a $50 deposit not mentioned anywhere. While we checked in, random people in hoodies carrying backpacks roamed around outside the front door. ||The hallways are dim, with new light fixtures stuck on 30-year old wallpaper. The cool nickel steel and 5000K bulbs clash harshly with the tan and beige wallpaper that was borrowed from a 2002-era La Quinta. You can see the dirt outlines of the old light fixtures on the paper. There is paint-splattered brown kraft paper covering the
I will start by giving the room a 3 🌟 to be fair. I was scared to sleep or sit on furniture, for the fear of bugs. Im sure everything was OK, but being paranoid as I am, the look wasn't appealing. Toilet had something with hair stuck in it on the seat, i took a pic but cant upload it. So no sleep,no shower,no bathroom. Pool out of order, according to past reviews has been for months, as well as elevator (the only one). Everything else seemed clean, maybe update the listing to reference pool and elevator. I only booked this location because of the cheap rate and pool access. Front desk was welcoming and attentive, no issues there, probably the best part of the hotel.
The staff was very nice and pleasant, but our room had a terrible musty smell. Only about half of the outlets worked in the entire room. The water did not get very hot for showers. And when we turned the shower on the ceiling above our shower bubbled and dripped. The bets were not very comfortable and 42 queen.Beds, we only had two pillows on each bed with a very thin blanket. A room for 4 people only had three towels in the bathroom. The vending machine did not work. And there was no continental breakfast. So if you did not bring a drink, you did not have any. For the price we paid, $450 for 2 nights, I expected better
We arrived at 3pm and had room 115. Front desk was great. Got to room and it wasnt cleaned with still dirty towels on floor one bed not made old incense stick on floor and smelling horrible. Talked to front desk (very kind) he made the bed. Asked front desk for a bar od soap which was then provided.
