Great customer service skills Made my family and I feel welcome Continental breakfast was actually one of the best I've had in a very long time. The weather was calling for freezing temperatures, staff went above and beyond. Although the rooms were equipped with a great heater and plenty of bed clothing they offered us extra blankets in case we may need them during the night. I must say it doesn't get any better than that They are really great people I highly recommend their establishment

All we can say is good luck if you go here as we stayed 1 night only cause we were so exhausted from travel and cold winds..the sink had pubic hair on it plus the drain was messed up so water would not drain. The wash cloths towels were dirty looking bathtub looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in months bedding looked slept in thank goodness we brought our own. Then the couple next door was fighting and being slammed against wall and clerk refused to call cops. She wasn't nice either. Then we look up and find raw wires hanging from ceiling instead of anything to warn you or to stop any fires...needless to say we reported it to fire marshal. So needless to say we are done with econo lodge.

This was the filthiest nastiest most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Don't believe me, pull back the sheet and look at the bed ...you'll vomit. We checked in looked at the room looked at the bed looked at the shower (which is something I don't even want to get into how filthy that was) and then we turned around and checked out 10 minutes later. Not to mention they tried to charge us the same price as a hotel down the road that was actually clean and had a clean bed and clean sheets and a hot breakfast! This place is just filthy, don't even stay there keep driving

Very few things good about this motel is front people who works there. Room was very outdated, cleaning crew does not do due-diligent, linens and bedding are old. Laundry machines are so old that there are stains on towels and sheets. Hairs all over on floors. Their sanitary standard is poor and we had to breach everywhere. Need much improvement.

checked in early. they said they would have sheets ready soon. we went on road tour for about 21/2 hours. still no sheets. the king size bed had a single sheet turned crossways the bed at the head. the bath sink counter had something sticky like cleaning stuff that had been on for a few hours. i cleaned it off thinking we would get sheets in mean time. still no sheets. i told the cleaning lady we would take a queen size. so we packed up and went downstairs. we are 82 and 86 years old by this time we are wore out. started to get up the next morning and my wife got tangled up in bottom sheet, we pulled it back and it was a king size fitted sheet on the queen size bed. totally screwed up operation.
