The owners are very nice. Rooms are cleaned every day after people check out. Location right off interstate 64. There are plenty of food places very close. Very safe place to stay. The owners absolutely do not put up with any BS. If you are not a guest at the hotel, you have no reason to be on the lot. You can take that check to the bank and cash that. The parking lot is 100% safe. No worries. I have stayed here for the last 6 weeks straight, and there has been absolutely no issue. Very quiet inside. There is no loud noise at all.

Reserved a room for a friend and prepaid for the room. When friend called to confirm, was informed that prepaid price was incorrect and that they would have to bring cash to pay for room at a higher rate.||They tried to back down after I complained to booking.com, but by that time I had rebooked a room with a different chain hotel. All this occurred before 3 pm local time.||Have no idea what the rooms look like as my friend didn't get past the front desk. ||This was when Missouri was flooding. They just wanted to profiteer from the flooding.||They also are attempting to charge me the booking.com fee when they were the ones to break the agreement.

It's negative 5 stars. The place is filthy. The bathroom has stuck dirt on the floor . There was trash behind a dresser the last two times we've been there. Roaches running around on the wall. The mini fridge doesn't work.the staff is rude and get mad when you need a new key card. Not washing bedding after people stay I found a toenail on my blanket. They don't speak English. The halls and parking lot are full of hookers. Definitely shouldn't stay there .

Stained sheets and bad customer service! The employee had me to check two other rooms after I made a complaint about the first one. In all three rooms the sheets had stains and/or hair on them. He would not refund although all I did was check the beds...very unsanitary! After speaking with the manager he's willing to refund me my money so that's what made me give 2 stars.

First time coming here I was a little iffy because I had heard nothing but bad things about this motel. But I gave it a shot for myself and I didnt have a bad experience the first 2 times we came here, but this last time I am so done with this place. The lady at the front is mean and nasty. I tried to hold my tongue but I went off on her because she got nasty about the keycard. The housekeeper doesn't do her job completely, she lives in the motel so its easy access for her to be lazy. They don't come by and check the rooms to see if you need anything. Some rooms have refrigerators and some don't, same with microwaves. Bout the only thing is they have a endless supply of ice. We will not be coming back here again. I DO NOT recommend this place at all
