EB Hotel Miami

Positive: Hotel employees were just exceptional! These staff members went above and beyond to make our stay Very memorable! We have already rebooked for our next time in Miami. Covered Parking is also a definite plus! Negative: Nada!!

I stayed at the EB Hotel for a very quick overnight before an early morning flight, and it turned what could have been a stressful stop into a genuinely pleasant experience. I arrived late — after 10 PM — completely exhausted from a long travel day. The restaurant was still open, and the staff could not have been more welcoming. I had an excellent meal, and it felt like they were truly happy to take care of a tired traveler. The room itself was outstanding: very spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was a highlight — especially the large walk-in shower, which had plenty of room and felt almost spa-like. In the morning, the proximity to the airport made everything effortless. I was able to get out quickly and smoothly,

Wonderful welcome from Aurelio at reception who I had the pleasure of emailing a few times beforehand and was very kind and responsive in emailing me back. ||Out standard room was large and spotless. The bathroom was beautiful with an enormous shower. ||We had a slight issue with our TV but a quick phone call to reception and within 10 a gentleman from maintenance had it all working perfectly. ||We are in Miranda restaurant in the evening and enjoyed the delicious fayre and breakfast the next morning was delicious and generous too.||Each member of staff we interacted with was amazing and everyone clearly had pride in their work, 2 ladies be bumped into in the elevators took a moment to straighten a sign or enquire about our stay….. everyone had an eye for detail and you can feel that atten

We stayed at the EB Miami hotel for three nights before our cruise and for a night before returning home after the cruise. I have only praise for the decor, room size, cleanliness and most important, the staff! They were always so helpful and understanding. The swimming pool area is lovely. Was a bit chilly so we did not swim, but pleasant to hang out there. We had the opportunity to have dinner at the Miranda restaurant in the hotel. It was delicious! The hotel is perfect when you need a place close to the airport. Even for more than an overnight, we found that from the hotel, we easily were able to reach downtown Miami, the beach, etc. Highly recommend this hotel for catching planes and also as a base for sightseeing.

This hotel is gorgeous. Everything was top notch. Not to mention the proximity to the airport and free 24-hour shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and elegant with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and modern, high quality finishes. The large bathroom has beautiful granite throughout, was clean, well lit, has an amazing, large shower with multiple shower heads, and even a bidet. The bed was clean and comfortable and you could adjust the softness on both sides. The staff was polite and professional. It was a very relaxing and luxurious stay!
