Positive: Service & Cleanliness Negative: Beds seemed a little small for queens..

I always have a great experience .. solo or w family. Staff is always dedicated and polite . Food is always prime and i see quality everywhere. From housekeeping to Front Desk and around Beach service and all restaurants. They definitely do a good job with training. They are staff and hiring good people. Now the extra touch of a gift for a birthday boy with a handwriting card and a dessert with a candle is what makes itabsolutely a place you want to come back. And keep coming back.

We spent Thanksgiving at Eau Palm Beach with our family, and it was outstanding from start to finish. The service truly stood out — warm greetings from valet, a friendly welcome from Chris at reception, and even a golf-cart escort to dinner by another team member. They made our adult kids feel so special with cookies and champagne upon arrival, which set the tone for a memorable stay. We booked the lanai rooms, and we loved them — modern, bright, comfortable, and just steps from the pool and beach. I wanted to share this privately on the survey emailed to me but it would not allow me to proceed. So I am sharing it here. We’ve been coming here for four years, to enjoy the spa. Each year the customer service has declined, and unfortunately, it has declined to a point where we just cannot return. The general customer service is shocking and hardly tolerable, at best. But, the sheer lack of basic levels of etiquette, that any guest should and would expect at the luxury level touted is a clearly non-existent. This is grossly apparent for those who have been patrons at and even worked at the highest level of real luxury, and I would guess even for someone expecting to enjoy a luxury experience for the first time.
