Eastwood Inn of Wadena

I stayed many times in this area in different motels, most often had a good experience, but not this time. Booked at hotels.com. My card was charged. Arrived after 9 pm, no one was in the office. I called the number written on the door, it took about 20 minutes to find my reservation, and… I was asked for my credit card number. However in my receipt it's mentioned "never give your card number over the phone and other than this platform (hotels.com)". I told that it is already paid, and I have a confirmation that my card is charged. The person on the phone was rude. I said that I'm starting to record this conversation, he dropped the phone call. I called back and asked to provide me with a room or refund. He told “go to police and tell them that we stole your money, there is no room for YOU

Place is absolutely disgusting. I've been coming here for years and it continues to get worse and worse. Hair and stains in the beds, smelly room, mold in the showers. Unfortunately had to spend the night here yet again because it's one of the only places with vacancies. I wonder why lol.. the front desk lady was pleasant at least

Walk in to office to check in and could smell cigarette smoke even tho suppose to be smoke free and have a sign up for it. Suppose to be able to check in at 3pm and at 4pm still not even started on cleaning it. Ended up not staying at all

Hello! My daughter and I stayed at this hotel last week. It was very convenient and what I expected for the price. We checked in around 1 am and left at 6:30 am so we were not there for very long. When we woke up in the morning, my daughter had a few extra 'friends' in bed with her. We did check before crawling into bed, but must have missed them. I did call the number for reservations and spoke with a man whose reply was simply to post a review on Google. I also tried to email the contact on the website, but it came back undeliverable. I know that bedbugs are a problem, but did not appreciate having to risk bringing them home with us.

The door handle broke off the bathroom door and i was locked in there and it was 5:30 in the morning dark as hell couldn’t see for shit. took me 45 minutes to wake up my friend to let me out. the other thing was 24 hours construction right infront of my damn door for some reason which was even better.
