We stayed in a 2 BR residence for 1 month and it could not have been nicer. We loved it all and will definitely be back. The highlights are the location in Brickell, the restaurants, the comfort, the staff, the service. You can go down to the Brickell City Center from the hotel. You can go up to Sugar on the rooftop. You can have an amazing dinner at Quinto. And still be steps away from everything else in Brickell. Georgios is an all-star for this hotel. He helped us from start to finish. We had to extend by a few days because of a storm in NY. He was very accommodating and easy to speak with. Great job by the whole staff and especially Udin and Johnny the bellmen. We stayed at the hotel as wedding guests, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff especially valet, bell services, housekeeping, engineering and check-in were beyond professional. Everyone was helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room accommodations were exactly what our family needed (3 bedroom suite) and worked very well for our stay. The only downside was that upon our arrival, I personally did not feel the room met the level of cleanliness I was expecting. A quick phone call and conversation with Johnny resolved the issue immediately. I appreciated his professionalism. I don’t understand why this is a 5 -star hotel. It was quite expensive, we went there during art week and we didn’t have much to choose from. But I read good reviews about this hotel and decided to give it a go.The rooms were smaller than pictured. They gave us a connecting room and we could hear the neighbors- there was not much privacy.The hardware of the bar installed on the shower door came off, and they just put the hardware on the counter without fixing it, and the bar almost came off and fell on my feet. Hair from previous guests was also found on the drain. However, the restaurants are not bad, we had room service a couple of times and were quiet satisfied with the food.

Stayed for the first time at the Brickell property. Did not know what to expect, I usually stay at an upscale chain and they had been fully booked. I’m glad I did. Would rate it very well. Excellent service: asks for additional hangers and towels - they arrived within minutes. We upgraded to one bedroom residence which was completed in seconds. The front deck, Ashley in particular, was very helpful. The suite was spacious, well planned in layout. The location was great. Housekeeping was satisfactory. Great experience altogether. Would stay again and will recommend to friends.

When I arrived at the hotel, the greeting felt a bit off. After traveling and feeling tired, I was hoping for a more welcoming and warm experience, but instead I was immediately asked to pay a $90 fee if I wanted to get into my room one hour early. That didn’t really feel like a five-star arrival, especially after a long day of travel. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in my experience it felt closer to a three- or four-star hotel. The hallways and the room had a weird smell, and there was something about the overall atmosphere that just didn’t give true 5 star luxury. It also felt somewhat outdated, which took away from the experience. I also had to request for my room to be cleaned everyday of my stay after leaving all day and expecting it to already be clean.
