Eagle's Nest Campground

My 4th trip back to the Eagles Nest Campgrounds. The grandkids have a great time in the creek. They are use to the city life and swimming pools. Every year all I hear is let's go back to the creek pap. Memories being built here. Have read a couple reviews about the entrance onto the road being dangerous and the narrow road being tough to travel with big rigs. Thats not true. Anybody with any driving ability at all can navigate these areas with ease. People here are more than accommodating and yes the owner will diplomatically address any issues if you break the rules, but thats why its a great campground that we feel comfortable staying at.

Plenty of room, well kept, the price is right and helpful staff. It's kinda out of the way, but there's not much to choose from in the area.

Great and friendly people run the campground, make sure your setup and help guide your spot camper lining you up with electic and sewer hookups. They check and see if you are doing ok. Very friendly, peacful, quiet. The creek is shallow and great for kids to play and fish. Plus, our dog loves to walk through the creek. Could not ask for a better place to go camping. ... there is also a restaurant here with great tasting food, nice size portions, and the BEST chocolate cake in the world

Grabbed a spot here, very last minute! But they were the nearest campground to where we were. The campground i had reserved, didn't seem to exist!

Our family of 4 stayed here in a cabin! It was such a great stay, quiet and relaxing. The staff is amazing and helped answer all of our questions about the area. The kids loved the playground, and the fire pit. They even have firewood to sell so we didn’t have to lug wood around on our trip. Definitely will be back!
