Bring cash! Good off highway overnight spot. 10 plus no-reservation spots. The hot water smells of Sulphur in the showers, hydrant water is fine. 40 foot class a was fine. 30 Amp and water. Central dump station.
Great camping spot! We usually stay at broken wheel, but this was also awesome. Clean bathrooms with showers, (I didn't use them, but it's nice to have available), and we loved the trail to the observatory. Hopefully we'll be back when it's open again!
It was a blustery day As it. Usually is. The cabins had a lodgepole swing,very cute. Not very big, then your not to be inside. Will be much better when the trees give shade.
Clean sites on gravel pads with decent facilities. Oh... and also, the night sky...
Not much shade in this camp ground, but it is closer to the observatory and ponds.
