Dugway Campground

This place is just so awesome. They have bathrooms, water, and it was very clean and organized. First-come, first-served, and it's free. I had a great time here. Make sure you bring bug spray during hot days.

Absolutely beautiful! Great level spots with multiple pull through spots so no unhooking of toad required. Vault toilets which are nice to have with no water hookup and are very clean. Was very impressed with how tidy and clean the whole place was, very well maintained with trash cans and a water station to fill portable water (jugs etc). No cell service but a few days off the grid is well worth it!

What a find! Lovely blm dispersed area just a few miles off I80 offered 5 or 6 designated campsites with fire rings, pit toilet and decent roads along the north platt river. If these sites are full, there is additional space that looked fine to use, just not “prepared” in any way. Pretty buggy in the evening…

Great stop and camp. Beautiful, clean and quiet. Mosquitoes are fierce! At least when we were there in late August. But worth the view, and night sky!

Free campsites down a pretty bumpy road. A small car can make the drive though- even after having rained off and on for days. The sites are dog friendly. A put toilet is located deep into the camp. Picnic tables are scattered throughout. Lots of mosquitos, but very peaceful and scenic. Great spot for tent camping.
