Customer Reviews
Angela who was extremely nice and got me checked. Everything was absolutely amazing, the room was extremely clean and nice which was done by Cecilia who done an amazing job both days! Hatija who fixed drinks during Kickback time was absolutely amazing, easy to talk with and very sweet! Kj who was the cook did an amazing job on the food( this night was fajitas and pure amazing!!) he also was very polite and very respectful! Merel who is also amazing, she works just as hard, I love seeing how hands on & interactive she is with her staff team helping them like a great manager should and isn’t afraid of getting her hands dirty! The location, atmosphere and value this hotel and the employees have is pure amazing! The BEST Drury hotel I’ve been in my 28 years of living!!! From the moment I walk
Positive: Everything. Was shocked with the free dinner and 3 drinks. The free breakfast was great. Free fountain drinks. Popcorn machine. Room was very clean. Shower great. For the money, a bargain. Negative: Nothing
So i generally refrain from reviews, however I was in a tight spot yesterday for a room and I needed sleep due to travel. The one I booked, former law enforcement, I would not stay. Staff gave offered an available room and it was clean (important). I did not use the "kickback?" but I did utilize the free breakfast. It was surprisingly good. The four star on the room? Well, I turned the temp down to 65 and I still sweated in the bed. I have no idea if it was the bedding, the mattress topper, or just me. I would hands down recommend this location vs others I have stayed over the last decade in Frontenac, chesterfield, Downtown Clayton.
Overall, the hotel was fine, but the price was just too high in my opinion. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner provided, but the food was very average. The staff were all very friendly and parking was great (and free!). Rooms were clean, but overall just ok. The A/C was quite loud, so we had to turn it off to sleep. If the price had been $50-$60 or so less, it would have been a five-star stay.
We were in town for my son's 10th birthday, and had visited the St. Charles Christmas Festival. I ran into some trouble with booking through a third-party website (avoid! especially Priceline), and learned to always, always book directly with the hotel's website the hard way. I was in such a pickle. It was my son's big celebration and I was frustrated and sad and disappointed. The manager, Paul, and Jack of the front sailed in and saved the day in a big way. This is the pinnacle of customer service, and I can not tell you what a relief these two angels gave us by providing above and beyond help and a beautiful solution. Drury has earned customers for life because of these two, I kid you not. (Also, the hotels are really great and clean, with good food and swell locations, no I'm not being
