Drury Inn & Suites Cleveland Beachwood

Positive: The buffet/food staff were very, very nice and pleasant. I also liked the hot buffet breakfast and 5:30pm hot buffet menus. I will tell my family and friends to consider hotel stays at Drury Inn & Suites, if possible. Negative: I had reserved a 2 night stay at the Drury Inn and requested my room to be cleaned upon leaving the first day about 9:30am. My room was never cleaned and requested service again. Please inform guests about your 2 or more night policy. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I travel to Cleveland quite often and I’ve grown to be a big fan of the Drury brand. My first interaction with the staff had me sold from the start. Brittani(I hope I spelled her name correctly),checked me in and was very helpful, polite, attentive, and greeted me and other patrons with a smile. Whenever I’ve needed to extend and the hotel was full Brittani went above and beyond to accommodate me for my extended stay. I only book at this hotel because of the staff, the location, and the rooms and beds are top tier and comfortable. I only wish there were more Drury Hotels in the other cities I visit for work. But all in all I recommend Drury to all of my coworkers, friends, and family.

I had an excellent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Cleveland Beachwood. The room was very clean, and the entire facility was spotless and well maintained. Every staff member I encountered was professional, hospitable, friendly, and always available to help. The breakfast was outstanding. They never ran out of items, and everything was warm, fresh, and delicious. The coffee was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. All of the staff were wonderful, but most of my interactions were with Aston, who truly went above and beyond. Anything we needed, he made sure it was taken care of. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed at several hotels, and if every hotel had someone like Aston, they would all be five-star hotels. I

My experience at the Drury was great. The room was clean, didn't smell like some other hotels I've stayed at, the bed was comfortable, there was a walk in shower and the pictures on the walls were actual pictures of Cleveland, which was nice. The staff was friendly and respectful. Anytime the staff seen you they would say Hi. Their breakfast was good and the Kick-Off they have in the evening was really good and a life saver for me because I didn't know the area well and really didn't want to go out for food. There was a soda machine, popcorn, soup, hot dogs and main food like pulled pork sliders, baked beans and mac & cheese and if you like adult beverages they had those too during the Kick-Off. It was anywhere from a 24 minute to 30 minute drive to the CCF Taussig Cancer Center. My overal
