Drop Anchor Resort Motel

Really cute and clean motel - we stayed in Room 7 and it was very comfortable, clean and cute. Tami was amazing and went out of her way to ensure we weren't needing anything for our room. The room has a fridge, microwave, coffeepot and coffee, Queen bed.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Clean bedding, comfy mattress, plenty of towels, frig, micro, walked across the street for ice, gas and other needed items. Tammy and Richard were wonderful! Enjoyed connecting with them and looking forward to our next stay. Already checking availability!! Our group enjoyed our stay!!

We stayed Memorial weekend 2025 while attending a Mustang Show at the track. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Tami is an awesome hostess and greeted us with a beverage on the deck and homemade treats. The atmosphere is very casual, you can lounge in the pretty pool area, fish or just sit and watch the lake and the covered pavilion is a good gathering place. Highly recommend Drop Anchor & look forward to our return Memorial weekend 2026.

Excellent Hosts and location. Super clean also. Tami has thoughtfully prepared all details for arrival. Upon arrival we were greeted with beverages and snacks. The grounds are beautiful and I fished. Caught and released several nice sunnies and Crappies. We will be back.

Such a great place to stay with the whole family! Very welcoming environment (almost a neighborly feel). Tami got to know us on a first name basis and was so helpful in finding good places to visit and eat! I will be staying here again. Its quiet, clean and just an all around safe feel. And even the kids feel so welcome here. We are right by the access, several restaurants in waking distance and we explored to creek several times while we were here. The pool is clean and pool toys and floaties were even offered to the kids while they were swimming! The grouds are kept clean and mowed, there's no trash in sight! It really is just a great place for anyone wanting to get out and enjoy nature and also have that quiet laid back vacatiom with the whole family because there are even full size cab
