I had the most incredible weekend at Driftwood Ranch with Chris and our sweet Toby. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully curated. The room was absolutely stunning — cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Waking up to the quiet countryside views was such a reset from everyday life. Seeing the longhorn cows up close was such a unique and special experience — they’re majestic and unforgettable. The horseback riding was truly the highlight. It was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Most importantly, the owners were beyond amazing — kind, warm, and genuinely passionate about what they’ve built. We spent a weekend at Driftwood Ranch and didn’t want to leave. The cottage-style room was beautiful. Warm wood, thoughtful architecture, and little details everywhere, and the nature around the property, that made the whole place feel luxurious. The horse riding was incredible, and everyone there made it feel personal and relaxed. We also had the best conversation with one of the in-house artists, Paul, who generously showed us his woodshop and walked us through his work. Dinner was served family-style, which brought everyone together in such a natural way. It also happened to be my girlfriend’s birthday, and they made special arrangements to make her day feel really meaningful. Such a special place. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect stay at Driftwood Ranch, just two hours from Jersey City & feels like a complete escape. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and there’s great restaurants nearby. Exactly what we were looking for: relaxation, animals, and the chance to go horse riding. The owners were incredible; kind, funny, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. If I could give 10 stars I would. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for such a special stay!

We had the most wonderful overnight getaway at this beautiful ranch! Our group of six girls had such a memorable time with horseback riding, touring the property, feeding the longhorn cattle and relaxing by the fire pit. The owners, Steve and Anne, were absolutely amazing and on top of every detail to make the stay flawless. The rooms were decorated to perfection and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They all customized the overnight to what we asked for. We also got marshmallows, complimentary wine and a basket of goodies. You can tell this ranch is run with pride. We can't wait to come back!
