Driftwood motel

We were on a lighthouse photography weekend. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay, since we would be getting in late and leaving early. We found the Driftwood Motel and couldn't have been happier! The couple that runs the place were an absolute delight!! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We told the owners we would be leaving very early in the morning in order to get to the lighthouse as the sun came up........as we were leaving our room, she met us at the door......she was coming to make sure we were up and moving because she knew we didn't want to miss the sunrise!! How wonderful!! We will definitely be back again soon!!!!

Clean place off of the road, quiet☺️ American owned 👏

Our quest for a room with a reasonable price that would allow our small dog during a festival weekend was fulfilled at the Driftwood. We found the owners to be Charming and stayed two nights for the price of one night in town. It was only a couple of miles from the center and clean. They waited up for our late arrival and we appreciated the character of the Motel and our hosts.

I have never written a bad review about anyone or anything before. This is because i never wanna be the one to cost anyone their job. I figurebif someone wrongs me, its between him and god. But i had to write about my expirence at driftwood motel this past november. People should know what happened to me.||||||||I stayed at the driftwood motel this past november for two weeks. I paid a weekly rate. Every morning, the owners would call me wanting to know if i needed room service. This is fine save for one thing............... Every morning they watched my room like a hawk, waiting for me to leave so they could get in there. Many times i came back to my room and saw that they had in fact been in there even though i asked them not to do that.||||||The whole situation was getting more and more
