Beautiful area - picnic tables, fire pits, vault toilets. Nice breeze off the lake!
It's a nice place to go to. Very clean campsites Beautiful scenery lots of water
The bathrooms are clean. The grass is freshly mowed. We're right next to the lake. The picnic tables don't even have bird poop on them! It's kind of rare.!lol We're going to have a bonfire later tonight (well just little one!)lol. My only complaint is that there could be more trees. I like lots of trees. Luckily I had an umbrella with me. Best thing is the camping here is free ☺️!
When stationed at Minot AFB in the 80's I would come here and camp. Its fairly remote via gravel road, at least it was in the 80's. I usually came in the fall when starting to get cold and most times I was the only one there. Peace and quiet and away from civilization. I sure miss it.
