DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Claremont

We attended a babyshower; what a nice space. The staff were very attentive; refilling drinks and retrieving used plates. The shared bathrooms were convenient and just down the hallway. My only concern is, maybe the staff should not break down the room arrangement until AFTER the guest's leave. Thank you!

I luv that the property has common space for enjoying the beautiful California weather! Each room also has a balcony ||Slightly dated but way better than being stacked and crammed in a modern hotel. ||Front desk Emma was very helpful when I needed to freeze a large item. Front desk Tricia quickly and efficiently corrected my room. ||The onsite restaurant is actually good and their service is excellent. Thanks Epi and morning crew. ||Too bad Hilton does not ask guests for feedback.

Positive: The staff are fantastic! Front desk, engineering and housekeeping as well as culinary stuff were all wonderful! Issues with the room but not the staff. Negative: Couldn't shower2nd day-plumbing issue, &safety issue w/shower. AC wld NOT turn off, sps. suffers medical condition-was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.Brnd-out light living rm.Fridges off on arrival,did not get cold.Bdrm TV broken, line onscreen.RmSvc NOT good...

Giving this place 5 stars because of the staff location and amenities. We travel to this location for work every few months and usually stay closer to Ontario airport. This hotel is closer to my office and Claremont a darling little community. I don’t use the amenities at the hotel but it’s nice to know they have them. Pool and gym are decent size. Starbucks in lobby yes please! Restaurant has nice menu although we didn’t go. Shout out to Melissa at front desk for walking me to my room to let me in and for advice on Claremont loop. We will be back. Trader Joe’s next door too is always a plus

I travel about every week and stay exclusively at Hilton properties. This is probably one of the best I've stayed in. The room was a room, nothing fancy. What made it great was the employees and the restaurant. Probably the best food I've ever had at a hotel restaurant. I never left the property once to eat dinner. The entire staff was friendly, fun, and entertaining. Especially the three guys bartending on Thursday night!
