I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. It was a relaxing experience from check-in to check-out. I especially want to mention Maria, the bartender. She was very friendly and attentive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about giving good service. She made great recommendations and always checked in to make sure we were good. Her attitude made our evenings at the bar much more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and appreciate the hospitality, especially the great service from Maria.

M, 33|Overall: S tier, 5 stars|My partner and I stayed here for a week after moving from NYC so that we could sleep comfortably while we were close to home while we setup. We were both thoroughly impressed with the service and personalities we encountered during our stay. ||Negatives: The grab and go breakfasts are inexpensive but I recommend sitting for a meal instead due to quality. The restaurant/bar doesn't open until 4pm every day. Positive: First and foremost, friendly staff. Nice interior, fairly spacious room, good pool area, and good breakfast. The hotel kindly accommodated an early check-in (and the welcome cookie was/is a nice touch). Negative: Location wasn't as central as we hoped. Our room smelt of smoke a bit. Would have been great to cycle around a bit, but there were no hotel bikes (to use or for rent).

We had a great experience at the bar thanks to Maria. She was very attentive from the moment we sat down and made us feel welcome right away. She was friendly, professional, and kept checking in on us without being overwhelming. Our drinks were made perfectly, and her positive attitude really made a difference. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. Maria definitely made our night better, and we truly appreciated her service

The rooms were clean and serviceable. What really set the hotel apart was Izabella at the front desk. She helped me with printing, bag storage and the best place for a breakfast sandwich. Good Customer Service is so hard to find, thankfully she had it down.
