Double K Lodge RV Park

If I could give less then one star I would. As soon as we got there we were told she doesn't keep her rates. Everyone left. After a month she raises rates despite a signed lease. After informing her that we are leaving and only stayed one night she tried charging us $125 for a one nights stay less then even 10 hours on the property. If you're desperate for a place to stay it's fine but don't plan on staying here long. Anywhere else is better.

For west Texas this is a good park. It does have a lot of stickers that get tracked in the house. The mail is 1 box for the park and we had package disappear. They do seem to be upgrading the park and the owners are friendly and helpful.

Vic and his family are excellent landlords. I enjoyed living out there! Dog Friendly. Peaceful neighborhood.

This park is under new ownership and management as of September, 2019. The park is in the process of being cleaned up. New amenities are being added.

Very nice and quiet, pet friendly and was well accommodated when making arrangements before I arrived
