Doral Inn & Suites Miami Airport West

The property is run down , the rooms are filthy, there were dead bugs looked like smashed roaches I didn’t see any live bugs crawling around , our room was filthy , greasy , had to buy my own disinfectant spray to clean everything before I touched anything. One of our beds didn’t have a comforter and we asked for one but they said they didn’t have one and gave us 2 hostpital type blankets , the rooms were too cold so cold my daughters throat was jacked , we couldn’t change the temp because the thermostat was locked , the rooms are noisy you can hear everyone walking and talking , planes every 15 min , the pool looked unkept , the hot tub was broken down,the gym was under reservation when we got here , if we were able to find another room I would have left the first night but doral was boo

Dirty carpet, curtains ripped, hole in bathroom wall, furniture needs cleaned, no silverware in room or hangers. Hot tub out of order, if u want more towels or linen you have to take the dirty ones to the desk and they will give u more. No housekeeping services, mattress really need replaced they were concave. Old wooden furniture. Breakfast only from 630 to 9am. Be a nice place if they cleaned it up.

Positive: Spacious hotel room, big fridge, kitchen, the beds were amazing and clean as well as the bathroom. Great breakfast! Negative: The pancake machine is slow and everybody wanted pancakes, so you had to wait long in line to get your pancakes

This has been a very disappointing stay. The noise here is terrible. You can clearly hear airplanes constantly, and the noise from people walking on the floor above is extremely loud. It feels like there is no soundproofing at all. This is definitely not a place to rest or sleep peacefully. We have not been able to sleep because of the constant noise from upstairs. To make matters worse, the reception does not answer the phone when we try to call for assistance. Very frustrating experience overall.

Never in my life stayed at a hotel that doesn't have housekeeping. U have to take your sheets off the bed and take them to the front desk so that u can get new sheets and change them yourself.. wash cloths n towels u have to take them to the front desk as well and they exchange them for new ones. The shower door was broken so when taking a shower all the water is on the floor. Had to call maintenance because it was sooooo much ants in the room, they went to Walmart and brought some raid. If I could rate this hotel -0 I would.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dump..all honesty. If u do decide to book them anyway after this review you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.
