Dolce by Wyndham Hollywood

Nice property and decor but not as advertised. Dolce needs to train their workers properly on hospitality and business management. We were told that shuttle service to hard rock runs consistently every 30 mins but there were no shuttles for an entire hour and half. We tried calling the front desk 3 times to see if somebody was coming at all like we were told. Nobody even answered at the desk. We then called Wyndham reservations who tried contacting the desk and they apologized but were unable to reach the desk as well. We then got an uber because we were tired of waiting. This was on 1/21 at ~11:40pm. When we got to the hotel two workers were standing around messing with their phones. Interesting is how I would describe this hotel. Entering the parking lot was unique, essentially driving through the McDonald's parking lot. This place only has valet parking, nice service, but need to build into your budget. The hotel lobby also acts as the breakfast area, small for the hotel, however the breakfast options were impressive (lots of choices for the average traveler). The bed and room was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the Hard Rock guitar hotel. The rooftop music can be loud, so if you are an early sleeper, they do provide ear plugs. Shower is impressive with the rainforest shower head. The staff has been helpful and very courtesy. Another interesting point about this hotel is that the fitness room is across the alley in a portion of a strip

Positive: The location was great. I was there to watch the Miami Open (tennis) and it was a great location near the highway, Hard Rock Casino and not far from the tournament site. The hotel itself was beautiful and tastefully designed. Loved the rooftop area!!! Negative: ""

Great location, clean rooms, and a very friendly front desk staff. The valet parking team was amazing and made me feel as comfortable as if I were in my own condo. Didi and Carlos were excellent drivers with the shuttle service—very kind, professional, and helpful.

BEWARE! THEFT!!!! My boyfriend left a very expensive jacket in the room after checking out. We called same day and reached out multiple times. Conveniently for them, no one has seen it, it was not placed in lost and found. Will be following up with a police report! The front desk staff are rude, very nonchalant about our situation, and have not attempted to resolve the issue! All I got was attitude from them! Per florida law, hotels must place left belongings in lost and found for 30 days! They most certainly did not do that. I have many questions for the cleaning staff as well! They are probably used to people just letting it go, but I will see this through until the end with the holywood police department. Its not even about the jacket anymore, its the fact that they are breaking the
