Was there in the end of Sept/beginning of October 2025. Fabulous colors at the campground and lots to do near by hiking or motorized travel at Monks Hollow. Vault toilets as clean as one would hope, but it was the end of camping season, and not too many people camping. Unless you are OK with very hot camping conditions, I would only recommend this spot for Spring and Fall camping; something that the campground host confirmed. It would be very hot in the summer. A Loop would be my choice because of the shade if going in hot weather. the B loop has hard canopies in many spots which is good for shade or rain. Chose B loop because it was raining when we got there

The campground is close to Spanish Fork, so you are close to City amenities. For our visit, it seemed like tiny knats kept us at bay. For the most part, campsites are level and some are shady. At this altitude, day time temps can get warm. Water is available, but even in Spanish Fork, we couldn't find a sani dump station for our RV. We brought with us some solar lights and they worked to our satisfaction. We also had a hummingbird feeder and saw lots of birds

We stopped by in the winter when there was snow and explored a bit on foot. We immediately planned to come back during the summer. Looks a like a nice place to camp!

We love this campground! Today we did spot 55 and it was nice and secluded from everyone, at the end of all the sites. We had a cool tree that had fallen with a trunk that the kids loved to climb. Update: We were at campground A17 and it was the worst one on the site. We now know why no one took it! There was no shade, and hardly a place to park. Please see pics to decide if it's worth your money. It wasn't to us! The only good thing is that it was close to restrooms.

The campsite itself was pretty nice. Bathroom situation was slightly rough and it was a decent walk to the nearest water spicket but we enjoyed our stay. Tried getting in the river and, even in the summer, it was freezing, but enjoyed it nevertheless. Also doesn’t get too hot or cold at night, which we appreciated.
