The small secluded campsites are what made this amazing. Being able to see and photograph the Milkyway was a real special experience. The drive in the dirt road was fun and again the scenery was nice. The small landing for boats and a large lake for fishing were right on the money! We caught only a few small bass; nothing was kept but it was still fun to fish.
This place isn’t about community, unless you want to commune with nature. It is remote. It is quiet. Bring everything you think you’ll need as the closest store is about an hour away.
This campground is nice and secluded! Very beautiful lake too!
No really good tent spots and ground is too slanted for campers. Also, not very maintained. Don't waste your time.
Its okay - too far to drive for nothing special.
