Deluxe Inn

Positive: The man at the desk was friendly. Check in was quick. It is conveniently located for my purposes. The mattress is firm. There is a small couch in the room. The room cooled down quickly.||Negative: The room smelled odd, it’s a smoke free room but smells like a cigar. No hair dryer, no iron/ironing board, no coffee maker, no alarm clock. The phone is missing all but a few buttons and doesn’t work. I reserved a king with kitchenette but received only a small fridge and microwave. The bathroom is moldy and there’s plaster damage above the sink. Finally, there is only 3 small pillows on the king size bed.

Terrible service, coffee supposed to be ready from 6-9 and you have to go make your own. They come up with excuses ," oh it just finished, oh the person hasn't come yet. I give them a thumbs down 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Positive: "" Negative: I left and didn't stay. It was filled with migrant construction workers drinking and smoking marijuana. I didn't feel safe!!!

Checked in at the Deluxe Inn And Suits in York , South Carolina. Had a great experience. I had all the help i needed from an on site manager Mr Nathan and also a kiosk. Mr. Henry was on the kiosk and he was very helpful. He changed a reservation for me and also issued me a key from the kiosk. I was skeptical about using the kiosk at first but that was the way to go after all. Thank you Mr. Henry and Mr. Nathan. I will be back to stay again.
