Delta Extended Stay

I stayed there during a business trip. The owner was very helpful with anything I needed. The rooms were cleaned every other day, the other residents were courteous and quiet, and the nearby area has all the necessities within walking distance. There is a level 1 EV charger on site, although I didn't ask about the details. This may be important to some because the only other EV charger I know about in town is a level 2 at the hospital.

I have not stayed here, but with the closure of the Laundromat in town they have been nice about the town using their coin operated laundry room. Always clean. Gets busy after 4pm. Elderly residents, please wear masks. Walking distance to dinner, grocery store & park.

Free WiFi or no WiFi? There is nothing mentioned at check-in. Place is still or trying to remodel? Watch out for trip hazards in the hallway. I'm too tired to care right now

Much in need of updates! Smells like pee with heavy attempts to cover with perfume. No garbage in bathroom. Dirty tile grout. Towels and face cloths stained. Furniture torn and raggedy. It does have a TV but the remote doesnt work.

I was on a motorcycle trip with two others and after checking the usual accommodation Apps we decided to look around. Most of the accommodation was around the $100 + per night. Rode in off the street to the Diamond D and spoke with Gloria who offered three rooms for $40/night. After inspecting the rooms we gave it a go. Value for money this was a great stay. Yes its old but the sheets were clean, room was comfortable and the shower had great flow - no water saver heads in this place where you have to run around the shower to get wet, just full on water - bloody beautiful. A positive for us was that you could park outside your door - just gave that little bit of security for the bike. Tip: there is a ripper dinner across the road at the set of traffic lights.
