I highly recommend Delmarva Pet Resort for your furry family. They truly care about the animals, and you can be at peace knowing theyre in the best hands while youre away.

The first time I boarded my dog here, I left with serious doubts about the quality of care she received. Unfortunately, with no other option, I gave them a second chance — and deeply regret it. When we picked her up a day early (on short notice), she reeked of urine and her bed was so soiled I had to throw it away. The bag of food I sent was chewed through, likely by a mouse or rat. Worst of all, her demeanor told me everything — she was anxious, withdrawn, and clearly distressed. I will never bring my dog here again. Please don’t put your pet through this experience if you truly love them.

We’ve trusted Delmarva Pet Resort with our big dogs (Rottis, Labs, Old English Sheepdogs) for the past few years whenever we travel internationally (1-3 weeks at a time), and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. Every time we return, our dogs are clean, happy, and clearly well taken care of. It gives us real peace of mind knowing they’re in such capable and caring hands while we’re away. We love, love, love Delmarva Pet Resort!!! We brought our 2 large dogs (husky and maremma) for an extended stay. From the time we arrived, the staff was extremely helpful and clearly knowledgeable. We reviewed medications and generalizations. When we picked them up today, they were both in excellent shape both physically and emotionally. Neither showed signs of anxiety. They were bathed and looked amazing! Thank you so very much for your excellent and above and beyond care of our dogs! They make it easier to go away on trips and take away the worry😊😊😊
