Delaware House Inn

We really love staying here! Skip is an amazing host responsive to any needs, and his property is right in town, walkable to all that Andes has to offer. We’ve been many times and are excited to return!

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The place was not very clean— there were spider webs and dead bugs everywhere and the sheets and blankets smelled like wet dog. It was also very loud with people walking around and talking until 2am in the morning. On top of that, a random guy came into our room in the middle of the night even though we had double locked the door. Apparently, each room key opened every room which is a major safety concern. Stay away.

Perfect refuge from the rain while riding the NEBDR. Stayed a few weeks ago, but this place deserves more good google reviews. The value for one of the long house rooms during the week was outstanding; I wish there were places that were both this nice and affordable everywhere we travel. Recently remodeled and attractive. Mini kitchenette. Spacious and comfortable. It was tempting to stay longer than one night.

We stayed in Suite 1 for one night. The suite is comfortable, clean and pleasant. Love the beds! The furniture is cute and homey, while also practical. My children enjoyed putting together the puzzle in the living room. Plenty of hot water, nice towels. Pleasant and cooperative hosts. Good WiFi. Excellent couch.

This is a beautiful place to stay. We stayed in a longhouse room and it was perfect. Nothing bad to say only great things. Will be staying again! Check it out The owner Skip was amazing to deal with!
